Review Choice Demonstration contractor Palmetto GBA has a few reminders for providers that are under the demonstration program that began June 1.

“Having multiple administrators is allowable and recommended,” the HHH Medicare Adminis­trative Contractor says of the eServices RCD function.

Also: “The PCR sub-tab will only display for providers that selected PCR as their review choice selection,” Palmetto adds. “To access the form, you will also need the Pre-Claim Review permission. Provider administrators will have this permission by default. Provider users needing this feature will need to have their provider administrator update their permissions to include access to this submittal request,” the MAC explains.
