LHC Partnership Buys Texas Provider

An LHC Group partnership with Texas Health Resources and Methodist Health System, DFW Home Health, plans to purchase and share ownership of Healthcare Resources — a provider in Arlington, Texas, LHC says in a release. This acquisition expands the partnership’s footprint to four locations across the Dallas/Fort Worth area, joining locations in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Denton, the release says. The location will change its name to DFW Home Health Arlington, reports the The Advocate newspaper.
