LHC Buys 4 Agencies

Chain LHC Group Inc. plans to acquire the assets of AseraCare Home Health for undisclosed terms, LHC says in a release. The acquisition will include four home health agencies in Atlanta, Bloomington, Minn., Milwaukee, and Pittsburgh that have about $5 million in annual revenues.
The transaction will expand LHC Group’s geographical footprint to 310 locations across 26 states, says the Lafayette, La.-based company. The company expects to close the transaction by the end of June.
