Incorrect Claims Rejections For HHAs Reappear

Incorrect RAP and claim rejections for reason codes U6815, U6816, U6817, and U6818 are once again plaguing home health agencies, reports HHH MAC National Government Services. "The FISS maintainer is aware of the issue and currently working on a correction, which is being tracked by NGS," the MAC reports.
