HH MAC Experiences Mystery Payment Delays

If you’re seeing reimbursement delays and CGS is your MAC, you’re not alone.
"CGS has received several inquiries from providers regarding a delay in the processing of their Requests for Anticipated Payment (RAPs) and claims," the HHH Medicare Administrative Con-tractor says in an e-mail message to providers. "CGS is currently researching this and will provide additional information via email as soon as it becomes available."
