G-Code-Related Claims Glitch Continues

You can identify the claims delayed by a G-code related claims glitch by spotting two reason codes, HHH Medicare Administrative Contractor CGS tells providers on its website.
MAC Palmetto GBA recently announced the claims problem related to old nursing code G0154 and new codes G0299 and G0300 (see Eli’s HCW, Vol. XXV, No. 5). The affected claims at CGS “are currently being suspended in status/location S MFEES with reason code 32402 and/or 32403,” the MAC says.
Research on the problem is underway, Palmetto says.
