Fix For Contractor Number Claims Glitch Fails Again

HHAs served by Palmetto GBA are still seeing problems with claims suspending to status location SB9099, the MAC reports on its website.The problem: "Due to the J11 contractor number change, claims continue to cycle" between status location SB9099 and SMCABL, Palmetto says. The problem was first reported last December.Now, Palmetto says, the fix implemented in July "did not address all issues. Therefore, a new fix is in research status.
