FISS DDE Screen Changes

Don’t let that new privacy and security message on your FISS DDE welcome screen throw you for a loop. “Beginning on Sunday, June 18, 2017, when you sign into FISS DDE a new privacy and security message will appear on the ‘Welcome to CMS EDC AT HPES’ screen,” HHH Medicare Administrative Contractor CGS says. “No other changes are being made and you will continue to type ‘FSS0’ (zero, not the letter O) at the top of the screen to access FISS DDE. To access the Common Working File (CWF) Eligibility Systems (ELGH/ELGA for home health and hospice or ELGA/HIQA for Part A), enter ELGH, ELGA, HIQA, or HIQH in place of ‘FSS0,’” CGS instructs on its website.
