Duplicate RAPs Trigger Claims System Glitch

Be careful not to submit duplicate RAPs, or you may see significant payment delays. "It appears that when a duplicate RAP is submitted and rejected, the Document Control Number (DCN) of the duplicate RAP is being applied to the original RAP," HHH MAC CGS reports on its website. "As a result the final claim cannot be matched up to the processed RAP."
