You can download the newest version of the Home Health Prospective Payment System PC Pricer at www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medicare-Fee-for-Service-Payment/PCPricer/HH.html in the "Downloads" section. The pricer is updated with April 2012 provider data, CMS says.
