Don't Miss Cap Deadline March 31

Hospices have mere days left to calculate and self-report any annual cap overpayments, with the deadline looming March 31. “Payments may be discontinued if the hospice has not completed this submission,” consulting firm The Health Group in Morgantown, W. Va. reminds hospices. “If your submission indicates a liability, you are required to submit payment.” If you don’t submit payment at the time of filing, “the MAC will notify you of the required payment and provide fifteen days to make payment or submit a Request for Extended Repayment Schedule,” the firm says in its newsletter.
