Choose Who Signs Up For eServices Carefully

Illinois home health agencies getting ready to go under the Review Choice Demonstration need to sign up for their review option via Palmetto GBA’s eServices portal. HHAs should “sign up or verify your username and password” for eServices now, the RCD contractor urges (see Eli’s HCW, Vol. XXVIII, No. 13). Tip: “When registering for eServices, the first person to register will default as the administrator of the account and will be responsible for verifying and keeping the account active as well as setting up additional users,” Palmetto explains on its website.
