Check This List To Avoid Revalidation Confusion

Providers who miss revalidating their Medicare enrollment will face CMS revoking their billing privileges. You can head off the problem by checking the agency's master list of who it sent revalidation notice letters. The lists are in the "Downloads" section at www.cms.gov/Medicare/Provider-Enrollment-and-Certification/MedicareProviderSupEnroll/Revalidations.html. Coming soon: "Later this year, CMS plans to implement a faster process for allowing users to see the date the revalidation notice was sent directly on the 'My Enrollments' page within PECOS," the agency says in a message to providers.
