Chain Expands Presence In 2 States With Acquisitions

LHC Group is purchasing Professional Healthcare Resources based in Annandale, Va., and East Arkansas Health Holdings based in Little Rock, Ark., the chain says in a release. The two companies’ locations combined produce annual revenues of about $44 million: $23.3 million home health, $5.1 million hospice, and $15.6 million community-based services, LHC says.
