Billing Glitch Resolved

A stubborn billing glitch is finally resolved. Medicare contractors tried multiple times to fix a problem where some home health adjustments (type of bill XXG) were suspending in status/location S M90H4 with reason code E0419, HHH Medicare Administrative Contractor CGS notes on its website.
Finally, “a resolution to this issue has been implemented,” the MAC says. “CGS is working to release claims suspended in status/location S M90H4 with reason code E0419.” Providers don’t need to take action.
