Agency Owner Charged With Forging Aide Qualifications

Law enforcement authorities are not treating lightly fudging of personal care attendants' qualifications. In Baton Rouge, La., Dwaine Joseph Woods, his wife Dynetta Hadrick Woods, and his company Millennium Health Care Services have been charged with forgery and felony theft, according to a release from the Louisiana Attorney Gen-eral's office. The Woods had another indicted individual forge documents to obtain CPR and First Aid certification cards for 19 Millennium employees who never attended any training, the AG says. The defendants could face up to 100 years in jail and a $100,000 fine, if found guilty.
