8-State Hospice Chain Makes 2 Acquisitions

Bristol Hospice, a portfolio company of Webster Capital, has bought the Colorado operations of Salt Lake City-based Suncrest Hospice, as well as Optimal Health Services in California, according to releases from the transactions’ financial advisors. Founded in 2011, Suncrest is the largest for-profit hospice provider in Colorado. Optimal is the largest privately held hospice in California. Bristol is headquartered in Salt Lake City and currently operates 23 locations across eight states.
