2 Ohio Hospices Merge, But Keep Names For Now

Hospice of the Western Reserve and HMC Hospice of Medina County have merged. For the next year, both hospices will keep their names and no workforce reductions are planned, reports The Chronicle newspaper. Hospice of the Western Reserve formed a “collaborative initiative” with Hospice of Dayton last year (see Eli’s HCW, Vol. XXIV, No. 2).
