New Regional Chain Launches In Southeast

New "platform entity" Partners Healthcare Group has launched its campaign to acquire home health and hospice agencies throughout the southeast and open de novo offices. With funding from Atlanta-based private equity firm Fulcrum Equity Partners, Atlanta-based PHG has acquired AAA Home Health Inc. for $3.2 million, Fulcrum says in a release. "Partnering with Fulcrum is critical to accelerating the growth of PHG through the aggressive pursuit of additional home health and hospice acquisitions," Partners Healthcare Group CEO Rob Radics says in the release.
