Enola, Pennsylvania-based Post Acute Medical, which provides post-acute healthcare services through 29 long-term acute care hospitals and medical rehabilitation hospitals and 15 outpatient physical therapy locations in nine states, has entered into a joint venture with Buda, Texas-based home health agency Be Healthy at Home, the companies say in a release.

The venture “will improve the continuum of post-acute care services available” in the markets served by PAM’s hospitals, the release says.
