12-State Chain Merges Hospice Operations In Conn

Affiliated companies SolAmor Hospice and Life Choice Hospice have merged their Conn-ecticut operations and are now providing care under the name Life Choice Hospice of Connecticut, reports the Hartford Courant newspaper. Life Choice Hospice provides end-of-life services to more than 1,900 patients each day in 12 states, it says.
