Responding to your ADRs will go a long way toward improving your denial statistics. But to achieve results that will keep you off, or remove you from, Targeted Probe & Educate, you need your clinical documentation to stand up to reviewers’ scrutiny as well.

Utilize these tools to help improve your — and your referring physicians’ — required documentation:
