With several self-reported breaches leading to harsh HHS Office for Civil Rights (OCR) investigations that yielded large settlement payouts, you might be apprehensive about reporting breach incidents at all. But nevertheless, you still must report breaches so you don’t end up in even bigger trouble down the road.
