This chart matches the proper endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) procedure with the correct procedural code, the corresponding fine needle aspiration (FNA) code and the appropriate radiology services: Note: For EUS of the pancreas, follow the same rules as EGD. Remember: Do not use the EUS and the FNA codes together. The diagnostic procedure is included in the surgical procedure.
