2013 – 0.5% incentive bonus given for successful PQRS reporting.
2014 – 0.5% incentive bonus available for successful PQRS reporting.
2015 – 1.5% payment decrease based on 2013 PQRS reporting.
2016 – 2.0% payment decrease based on 2014 PQRS reporting.
2017 – 2.0% payment decrease based on 2015 PQRS reporting.
