Question: The cardiologist documented Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, but I’m not sure which ICD-10 code to report. Can you help me?

Answer: You should report I45.6 (Pre-excitation syndrome), for WPW syndrome.
The following conditions are also covered under I45.6:
- Accelerated atrioventricular conduction
- Accessory atrioventricular conduction
- Anomalous atrioventricular excitation
- Lown-Ganong-Levine syndrome
- Pre-excitation atrioventricular conduction.
