But G0290 and G0291 won't have a place on claims any more.HCPCS 2013 has been released, and there are some coronary changes to keep on your radar.Be sure to pay special attention to two new modifiers:Modifier LM, Left main coronary arteryModifier RI, Ramus intermedius coronary artery.Facilities should note that the HCPCS 2013 file is showing deletion of G0290-G0291 (Transcatheter placement of a drug eluting intracoronary stent[s] ...).
