Depending on the surgical procedure, your anesthesia options could include 00600 (Anesthesia for procedures on cervical spine and cord; not otherwise specified), 00620 (Anesthesia for procedures on thoracic spine and cord; not otherwise specified) or 00630 (Anesthesia for procedures in lumbar region; not otherwise specified). Even 01112 (Anesthesia for bone marrow aspiration and/or biopsy, anterior or posterior iliac crest) might apply, depending on the situation. Carefully check the operative report to ensure you cross to the appropriate anesthesia code.
