TOS '09' Is Interventional PM Specialty Designation

The first-quarter 2006 issue of Pain Management Coding Alert article "Get Up to Speed With Ins and Outs of Specialty Designations" should have stated that the CMS specialty designation code for interventional pain management is "09," not "9."
