Refund Policy
a) Commencing with the day the enrollment form is received from the applicant, or the day the initial deposit or payment toward tuition and fees is received, until midnight of the third business day following such date, whichever is later, the agreement may be rescinded and all monies paid
refunded. Evidence of a written statement of withdrawal for delivery by mail or other means shall be deemed as meeting the terms of the rescission period. Materials must be returned unopened and in good condition to American Academy of Professional Coders prior to issue of refund.
b) A student may withdraw from enrollment following the rescission period, prior to submission by the student of any lesson material or within a ten day review period after receipt of course materials, whichever comes first, and effective upon deposit of a written statement of withdrawal
for delivery by mail or other means. Materials must be returned in good condition to American Academy of Professional Coders for a refund less a $50 nonrefundable registration fee.
c) After a student’s receipt of course materials and after a period of ten days, or after a student has submitted lesson materials, whichever comes first, the withdrawn or dismissed student shall be refunded a percentage of all tuition paid over and above a nonrefundable registration fee of
$50. Materials must be returned in good condition to American Academy of Professional Coders for said refund. The balance due the student, less the $50 nonrefundable registration fee, will be calculated using the following schedule:
